One of the lawyers got a hamper, probably from one of our clients.
The staff wanted to distribute the contents to everyone, so they thought why not make it to a lucky draw. Each item was randomly given numbers and we're supposed to pick a number.

you know how embarrassing it is when someone gives you a christmas present and you don't have any to give in return because either you don't plan to give, you forgot to buy or the person just didn't seem important enough. Furthermore, you don't celebrate Xmas.
still it's embarrasing.
especially when the one who gave you the present is your boss!

You'd think Shah Rukh Khan was in town yesterday.
Or Bon Jovi. Or some boybands!
It was a stampede. Singaporeans true nature just
came out and oozes kiasu-ism. And these are not
aunties or makciks from the neighbourhood. These
are power-suit executives in their designer heels.
It was only 8:15AM mind you.
The craziness. The shoving. The bitching.
And yours truly was there too.
Can't believe I actually got up early when I'm always late for work.
Grabbed what I needed and paid for it.
In all, the MANGO SALE was rather disappointing. But I have this feeling they're gonna slash the prices further.
