It's another Friday gone by.

And everytime I meet my relatives or friends they all ask me "How's your new job?" "Chances of staying?"

Honest to goodness, I don't know.
Like I said I'm suffering from quarter-life crisis. I'm a twenty-something woman not knowing what she wants in her life yet.

On one hand, I can do this job. They want me to learn more cos I "learn fast". Which from my 2 years of working knowledge tells me it translates to "We're short-handed. You seem to be able to handle it. Can you do more work?".

And call me lazy, but I believe that if your working hours is 8.45 to 5.45.. and that's how it should be. Unless of course it's my passion. Unfotunately I can only dabble on design as a part- time freelancer. In Singapore, one has to always thrived to be the BEST.

We are all rushing for time. Time = money. It's time we should take a step back and enjoy life.
I met up with a friend who's studying in Australia. She told me when she's here, what she misses is the laid back lifestyle she has adopted there. She said that the last bus there is 5.30PM. Meaning, everyone's home by that time. And shops closes early. Like 7pm or so. Nightlife is boring but you've got more time to spend with your friends and family.

And get this, NO ONE horns at the traffic. Everyone just waits patiently.
