Move over REALITY, Bring the DRAMA ON!

After the much (overly, i might add!) publicised American Idol 4, and all other "Reality tv", we are greeted by truckloads of drama on Channel 5.
Thursday is the night you want to tell your significant other, "Honey, I have to work late tonite. Dinner tomorrow?" Tell your friends, "Sorry guys, I have a date tonite." Tell your parents, "Mum, I have lots of homework tonight." then lock your door and drool over the hotties on your screen. If you happen to share a room or have no TV, too bad. Go get a set!
For those of you who have been in the "REAL" world and so lost in the Drama world, let me introduce you to these show.
the OC
OC stands for Orange County. You know, where the rich and famous(and not so famous) lives. Kinda like berverly hills 90210 but centered around 4 college students. yes, it's about the parties, the dresses, the yatchs...most importantly, one of the lead actor was from the poorer side of town, got into trouble with the law and his lawyer from OC decided to take him in. And yes, MONEY is not EVERYTHING. But EVERYTHING needs money.
one tree hill
the first season was shown on Saturday. Kinda "discovered" it one day when i wasn't out with my friends. Got hooked. Storyline: Rich kid, star basketball player, popular guy at school . enters new kid fro the other side of town, suddenly GREAT at basketball too. Popular guy hates new guy's guts and skills. Found out that their related. New guy is the illegitimate son of rich guy's dad. So they're HALF-brothers. Hated each other but somehow life is unpedictable, the brothers became closer and support each other against the one person who brought them apart in the first place. Their father.
everwood
nice story, gets a tad too draggy at times. watch if you're awake. Storyline: a doctor and his son and daughter move to town. Another doctor in town feels threatened of another doc's presence. Might steal his business...New Doc's son became close friend with a girl. Found out she's the other doctor's daughter. They became close but girl already has a bf. BF is in a coma for the last 2 years and might never wake up. Girl udnecided to be in a new relationship. The mooment she decided to give the relationship a try, BF wakes up from coma.
